The apartment in Benidorm has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people. The second bedroom is on a glazed side terrace.

Comfortable and exterior accommodation of 48 m², with views of the sea and the garden (depending on the height of the apartment).
It is located 15 m from the supermarket, 150 m from the "Urbano" bus station, 900 m from the "Playa Levante" sand beach, 2 km from the "Estacion de autobuses" bus station, 2 km from the "Acualandia" water park, 5 km from the golf course, 8 km from the "El Albir" rock beach, 38 km from the "Alicante" train station, 50 km from the "Alicante - El Altet" airport and is located in a residential area and in the city center.

The accommodation has an elevator, garden, iron (ask for it at our office), wifi (extra service with supplement, may not be available in all apartments), tennis court, electric radiator heating, communal+children's pool (in summer season), covered parking in a nearby building (paid spaces subject to availability), TV.

The independent, electric kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
