It has a lift, garden, terrace, iron, safe (for rent), electric radiator heating, communal swimming pool, wifi (for rent).
The independent gas cooker is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and water kettle.

La tv es gratis, tiene una en el salon, en el dormitorio hay otra tv que usa el propietario cuando viene a su apartamento, la antena no llega hasta alli y solo funciona con wifi y nosotros no la ofrecemos en la descripcion del apartamento, si see more

En primer lugar, dar las gracias al personal de la oficina de Fincas Arena, en especial a Carmen y María José, por su atención y deseo de que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. El apartamento 14B del edificio La Pinta es cómodo, alegre y está bien situado. La cocina y el baño son funcionales y disponen de todo lo necesario. La vivienda la encontramos limpia excepto los cristales. Los muebles y cortinas son mejorables, principalmente las sillas, la mesa de comer y el sofá de la terraza que están muy deteriorados asimismo los barrotes de la terraza están muy oxidados, requieren un mantenimiento completo. Con estas mejoras se podría dar al apartamento una valoración excelente.
