The property is located 0 m from the Levante beach sand beach, 50 m from the local restaurant, 200 m from the local supermarket, 200 m from the urban bus station, 2 km from the Aqualandia water park, 4 km from the interurbano - Benidorm bus station, 5 km from the Terra Natura amusement park / theme park, 5 km from the Aqua Natura water park, 6 km from the Terra Mitica amusement park / theme park, 6 km from the Villaitana golf course, 8 km from the el Albir rock beach, 38 km from the Alicante train station, 50 km from the El Altet - Alicante airport. The property is situated in a lively area next to the sea.
The apartment has a lift, garden, terrace, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi) (for a fee), tennis court, heat pump heating, air conditioning only in the living room (for a fee), communal swimming pool, open-air communal parking in the same building (there is no guaranteed space for each apartment, 1 TV.
The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Private apartment building for rent. There is no reception on the ground floor of the building. The reception is in our office FINCAS ARENA (Av/ Europa, 25 local 1)
The communal area of the building, as well as its services (gardens, swimming pool, tennis, children's games or any other type of installation or service), do not depend on us and the opening hours and conditions of use will be as indicated by the Community of Owners.
The apartments have towels and sheets, which are delivered clean upon entry. Upon departure, the apartment must be left clean, tidy and free of rubbish (otherwise, the extra cost incurred will be deducted from the deposit).
Pets of any kind are only accepted “on request” and must be expressly accepted in writing by us (please contact us). They entail the payment of an additional fee per pet.
If there is parking and it does not indicate that it is private, then the parking is communal and there is no guaranteed available space for each apartment. (Only one car can be parked per apartment and only if there is a space available).
Optional services (paid) are Wi-Fi and air conditioning (if available) unless it is expressly indicated that it is included in the price.
If you need an iron, please request it at our office.
Our clients have a 24-hour emergency maintenance service in the apartment through a contact telephone number (only for problems in the apartment that cannot wait until the opening time of our reception office). Misuse or abuse of this service will entail a cost for the client.
