Do you want to be close to everything, but not in the center of all the heart of Benidorm? Our apartment in Marshal 3 is an excellent option for that. Being located near Levante beach in the Rincon de Loix area, but on the flat side, it is perfect for people who cannot climb hills.
The market on Wednesdays and Sundays is very close and around you have supermarkets, restaurants and bars, so that, if you want, you don't have to worry about cooking, but if you like to do it, you don't have to make long trips to buy what you can cook with. Favorite food during the holidays.
You will be able to enjoy the beach or, if you prefer, swim in the pool and sunbathe in the garden area. If you like tennis as a sport, you have a tennis court in the building and if you have traveled by car or You rent one (if you want we can manage the rental for you), the building has a large community parking area (there is no space for each apartment)

En el apartamento, tendria que mejorar el aislamiento, ya que al tener abiertos los desagües de la antigya terraza, los dias de frio la casa estaba muy fria. Tener servicio wifi..ya ideal
