Furniture is very worn, kitchen cabinets are falling apart and shower areas are unhealthy. Holiday was spoiled by small child in upstairs apartment constantly noisily running the length of the apartment from 8am till after midnight.

Replace furniture e.g. Upholstered dining chair seat padding has collapsed and leather sofa and chair are very tired and out of shape. Upgrade shower areas and kitchen cabinets.

Dear clent: We have requested to the owner to do some chages and investment in the apartment, he refuses, so we have returned the apartment to the owner and we are not going to rent it more. So sorry for inconveniences.

Respecto a las llaves del parking solo tenemos un uergo de llaves y tan pronto las recogemos del cliente que sale se las entregfamos al cliente que llega, a cambio tienen una plaza privada subterranea en primera linea de playa, sin coste adicional para 1 coche

Geweldige locatie, lekker ruim appartement.

Het appartement is prima, maar er zijn wel wat verbeteringen te bedenken, zoals meer glaswerk en servies, en een welkomstpakketje met een vatendoekje en afwasmiddel ed. Als er gerenoveerd gaat worden, raden wij aan om in 1 van de badkamers alleen een douche te plaatsen, zodat niet altijd in het bad gedoucht hoeft te worden. Verder staat er erg veel meubilair, 3 eettafels is wat veel. Voor de bedden raden wij hoeslakens met elastiek aan. Een afwasmachine zou ook best fijn zijn voor een langer verblijf.

La ubicación y el número de habitaciones que tiene y los espacios tan amplios que tiene como la sala y el balcón.

El suelo en las habitaciones es madera, de modo que se acumula el polvo y la arena, debería haber terrazo en todo el suelo (mucho mas limpio)
