Description
Private apartment building for rent.
The apartment, located on Benidorm's Levante beach, has 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room with a maximum capacity for 4 people.
Comfortable 48 m² accommodation, with sea views (high floors).
It is located 600 m from "Playa Levante", 150 m from the supermarket, 30 m from an urban bus stop, 50 km from the "Alicante - El Altet" airport, 5 km from the golf course, 8 km from "El Albir" and is Located in a lively area and in the urban area.
Very close to the nightlife areas and the downtown area (old town). Ideal for holidays or long stays in winter.
The apartments have towels and sheets, they are delivered clean at the entrance. They have a full bathroom, living room, bedroom with built-in wardrobe, kitchen with gallery and a large terrace (most of them glazed), there is an iron for the apartment (request it at our office). In winter they have an electric radiator.
The kitchen is electric, it has 2 electric plates, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, extractor hood, coffee maker and refrigerator with independent freezer, washing machine and electric water heater for hot water. It has normal kitchenware, plates and cutlery for up to 4 people.
The building has 2 elevators, a large 8-shaped pool with a small children's pool, surrounded by grass (the pool is in operation all year round, unless there is a breakdown or vandalism), a tennis court and a children's play area.
As optional services (paid) in the apartment they have: Wifi, air conditioning (consult, not everyone has this option). See optional supplements when booking (some extras may have a minimum price per stay independent of the number of nights guests stay)
There are some private parking spaces for rent in nearby buildings - see optional extras when booking.
Our clients have a 24-hour emergency maintenance service in the apartment via a contact telephone (only for problems in the apartment that cannot wait until the opening time of our reception office).
The delivery of keys is always in our reception office, not in the building you have reserved, for it you have to come to Fincas Arena, if you arrive after closing the office in the afternoon or on a holiday, in the window there will be a list with the name of the clients and a telephone number to call and a person will bring the keys to the door of our office in a few minutes (if you expect to arrive out of hours and warn us, help us to organize and minimize your wait when you arrive at our office).
Apartamentos San Francisco is an ideal place to spend your holidays, as it has a supermarket nearby, an area of restaurants and bars, is very close to the Levante beach and downtown Benidorm and has a very fast link to the road and motorway so the ability to go on excursion to neighboring villages in a quick and comfortable.
In our reception office, they have tourist information, maps of the city and can hire all kinds of additional services for both the stay in the apartment and to enjoy the day and night leisure activities offered by the city and surroundings.
For our customers we have a transfer service from and to Alicante airport or with taxi or private transport companies (VTC) or minibuses for groups. If you arrive at night or on holiday we can have you picked up at the airport with the keys of your apartment, take you there directly.
Entrances to theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Acualandia, Acuanatura), party rooms, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided excursions to nearby villages or Valencia, car hire, electric car hire for people with reduced mobility (we can provide an area to recharge the battery if you rent it with us), diving or sports activities and contact with nature through specialized companies. Tickets to discos on special dates (especially at the end of the year).
We can also offer tickets for various concerts and events held in Benidorm throughout the year, for this you can contact us or follow the blog we have on our website.
We have socio-sanitary services through an external supplier (kangaroos, accompaniment, personal cleanliness, infirmary, physiotherapy, control of medication, etc.).
The photos of apartments shown on our website, are of an apartment type, as being privately owned apartments there may be variation in the type of furniture or decoration, but the services of the description are virtually the same in all.

this is the only place iv´e stayed in the world where you have to supply your own toilet rolls. never seen a maid all the time i was there and you´ve got to empty your own rubbish and make the beds.on top of that i´m 60 and had to pay 150 euro deposisee more

Also on arrival we told clients if they need extra services i the apartment we can provide them but they have to be paid as extra price As a private home, you have to take your rubbish , the same as at your home, Is clearly marked in our information that you have to leave a returnable breakage deposit of 150 € and you have been refunded. You have not rented a hotelaparthotel room We are very sorry if you thought you rented other kind of lodgement and services, by the way you booked in a travel agency, may be the lack of correct information is because of them, think about it. El bidé ya ha sido bien fijado, tenia un par de tornillos de anclaje un poco sueltos. Respecto a los toldos hemos enviado su sugerencia a la propiedad para que nos diga si nos permite instalarlos.

Sobre el aire acondiconado ya hemos pasado preseupueso a los propietarios acerca de su posible instalación y estamos a la espera de que nos lo aprueben. En el ascensor no se puede pobner aire por que es un edificio privado residencial y no nos es posible el instalarlo Gracias por habernos elegido para disfrutar de sus vacaciones |

Pues las dos últimas noches de nuestra estancia un grupo de chicos tres plantas más abajo de la que estábamos organizaron una fiesta que duró hasta entrada la mañana del día siguiente haciendo mucho ruido .

Estimado cliente: Lo primero agradecerle sus comentarios, de los que nos gustaría precisar lo siguiente. Las horas de entrada y salida están claramente indicadas antes de hacer la reserva en las condiciones generales de la web, igualmente se indica de manera clara que se solicita una fianza de 150 €, las bañeras son de un tamaño estandar y no proveemos de material de limpieza para el apartamento. Respecto a la gente que se haya podido bañar vestida, está totalmente prohibido y tanto os porteros como nosotros si nos lo indica mientras está sucediendo podemos intentar llamar la atención a quien se comporta de esa manera, pero no podemos ser responsables de como se comportan terceras personas. también ofrecemos una opción de aire acondicionado en alquiler de una empresa externa, ya que los propietarios no lo han querido instalar |

Esta situado cerca del centro y de las zonas de marcha, no hace falta coger el coche para nada. la piscina esta abierta todo el año, pero el agua estaba fría para nosotros.

Hemos visto que ha puntuado la limpieza con un 4 y hemos estado mirando si tenemos algún aviso por parte de ustedes acerca de problemas en el apartamento o con la limpieza y no hemos podido encontrar alguna notificación acerca de mala limpieza o algún tipo de problema. De habernos avisado acera de problemas en la limpieza habríamos pasado a revisar el apartamento y limpiar de nuevo de ser necesario. Sentimos las molestias que hayan podido tener, en futuras ocasiones no duden en notificarnos cualquier problema y estaremos encantados de solucionarlo lo antes posible. |
