Both in summer and winter you can enjoy a pleasant temperature thanks to the air conditioning and the heat pump for heating, which makes this apartment an ideal place for your winter stays with incredible views, in a lively city with very good temperatures while in the rest of Spain and Europe, in winter, there is little sun, little light and a lot of cold.
The building has a communal parking area where you can leave your car (there is no private space for each neighbor), a free Wi-Fi service provided by the building (it may not always be available and it is a service that does not depend on us))
